This Privacy Policy explains how SoftNode (“the Developer”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) collects, uses and protects information in the mobile game Jellatrix (“the App”).
By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Target Audience
Jellatrix is designed for a general audience. While it may also be enjoyed by children, it is not intended exclusively for children.
The App contains no violence, gambling, or mature content. While children may use the App, it is not intended exclusively for children.
2. Information We Collect
Local Game Data
The App stores certain gameplay information locally on the user’s device, including local high scores and game settings.
This information remains on the device and is not transmitted to the Developer.
Gameplay Analytics
To improve gameplay, game balance and overall user experience, the App sends a limited number of anonymous gameplay events through Firebase Analytics.
The App sends a limited number of anonymous gameplay events, including game start, periodic gameplay progress, score milestones and game over events.
These events may include anonymous gameplay statistics such as game mode, score, gameplay duration, progression checkpoints, gameplay state and other gameplay metrics required for balancing and improving the App.
Gameplay analytics are aggregated and are not used to identify individual players.
The gameplay analytics collected by the App are designed solely to improve game balance, evaluate gameplay mechanics and enhance the player experience. They are not used for advertising profiling, user identification or automated decision-making about individual players.
They do not include information such as:
- player name;
- email address;
- phone number;
- postal address;
- chat messages;
- photos;
- contacts;
- precise location.
Automatic Analytics
The App uses Google Firebase Analytics.
Firebase Analytics may automatically collect technical information including, but not limited to:
- device model;
- operating system version;
- application version;
- language;
- country or region;
- approximate device information;
- automatically generated analytics events;
- application usage statistics.
This information helps us understand how the App is used, improve stability, identify technical issues and enhance gameplay.
Google Play Games Services
The App optionally supports Google Play Games Services for achievements and online leaderboards.
These features are available only if the user chooses to sign in with a Google account.
Authentication, leaderboard data and account information are processed by Google in accordance with Google’s own Privacy Policy.
The Developer does not manage user accounts or store Google account credentials.
3. Advertising
The App may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising partners, including:
- Google AdMob
- Unity Ads
Advertisements may be shown to users who have not purchased the optional ad-free upgrade.
Advertising providers may process limited technical information required to deliver, measure and improve advertising services in accordance with their own privacy policies and applicable laws.
The Developer does not receive personally identifying information from advertising providers.
4. Third-Party Services
The App uses third-party services that may process information in accordance with their own privacy policies.
These services include:
- Google Firebase Analytics
- Google Play Games Services
- Google AdMob
- Unity Ads

5. Children’s Privacy
The App may be used by children as part of its general audience.
The Developer does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
The App:
- does not include user chat;
- does not include user-generated content;
- does not request contacts;
- does not request photos or media;
- does not collect precise location information.
Some third-party services used by the App may process limited technical information for analytics or advertising purposes in accordance with their own privacy policies and applicable laws.
6. How We Use Information
Anonymous information collected through the App is used to:
- improve gameplay;
- balance game mechanics;
- analyze player progression;
- identify bugs and crashes;
- improve application stability;
- understand how players interact with the App;
- evaluate game features.
We do not use gameplay analytics to identify individual users.

The Developer does not sell personal information.

The Developer does not sell, rent or trade user information.
