Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Jellatrix (“the App”), provided by SoftNode (“the Developer”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By downloading, installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. License to Use
The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute or otherwise use the App except as permitted by applicable law.
2. The App
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
While we strive to provide a stable and enjoyable experience, we do not guarantee that the App will always operate without interruptions, errors or technical issues.
Some features may require an internet connection and compatible Google Play services.
3. Online Features
The App includes optional online features such as:
- Google Play Games authentication;
- achievements;
- online leaderboards.
These features are available only if the user chooses to sign in with a supported Google account.
Online services are provided by third-party providers and may be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues or changes outside the Developer’s control.
4. Advertising and In-App Purchases
The App may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising partners.
Users may have the option to purchase an ad-free experience through Google Play.
All purchases, subscriptions (if any), refunds and billing are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google’s own terms, policies and billing procedures.
The Developer does not process payment information.
5. Third-Party Services
The App uses third-party services that provide functionality including analytics, advertising and online game features.
These services may include:
- Google Firebase Analytics
- Google Play Games Services
- Google AdMob
- Unity Ads
Your use of these services may also be subject to the terms and privacy policies of their respective providers.
Anonymous gameplay analytics may be collected to improve game balance, stability and gameplay experience.
6. Updates and Changes
The Developer may update, modify, suspend or discontinue the App or any of its features at any time.
Game mechanics, balancing, content, rewards and functionality may change between versions.
7. Intellectual Property
The App, including its software, graphics, audio, gameplay mechanics, trademarks and other content, is owned by or licensed to the Developer and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No rights are transferred to the user except the limited license described in these Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from the use of the App.
This includes, without limitation:
- loss of game progress;
- interruption of gameplay;
- temporary unavailability of online services;
- device compatibility issues;
- data loss;
- software errors.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.
9. Termination
The Developer may suspend or discontinue access to online features if necessary for technical, legal or security reasons.
Users may stop using the App and uninstall it at any time.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable to the Developer’s place of business, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
11. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time.
The updated version will be published on this page together with a revised “Last updated” date.
Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
